All the major attractions are a short walk away (15 minutes) though it gives easy access to the metro and bus too.
Smartly designed, the apartment has huge windows that let in ample natural light and air.
Best Airbnb in Kokkedal
Renovated Art House
2 rooms | From $135 or DKK 850 per night | accommodates 5 guests
We had a rented car and had no thoughts about how to commute. So, we chose to stay in an Airbnb in quaint Kokkedal. It’s 35 km away from the city of Copenhagen, beautiful countryside which gave us a chance to explore the local Danish life.
Plus, Kokkedal is a great base to explore Copenhagen as well as palaces (Kronborg) and museums like the Louisiana art museum to the city’s north.
We stayed at Marzena’s apartment. It’s beautifully designed, spacious, and perfect for families. We rented the entire flat that accommodated 7 guests though now the host only rents 2 bedrooms that accommodate 5 guests and the living room and kitchen are shared with them.
The host, Marzena was welcoming and helped us with the Copenhagen itinerary.
