Royals are always intimidating, the most famous being the British Royals. The desire to get a peek into the lives, palaces, their food, clothes of the British Royals is paramount. Undoubtedly Queen Elizabeth is very popular and an important personality.
All around the UK, one gets a glimpse of the monarchy. We were lucky to have even witnessed Queen’s birthday celebrations in Edinburgh, changing of the guard ceremony at Windsor castle
and felt the regality in the air. Here is a sneak peek into royalty.

There is a long list of royal residences, some privately owned and some royal palaces. Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle, Kensington Palace, St. James Palace are the familiar names. Others include Balmoral Castle, Sandringham House, Holyrood Palace, Hillsborough Castle, Clarence House to name a few.

The name matters….at least at the home of Queen.
If you are keen to hobnob with British royalty then summer is the best time to visit when the UK is inundated with royal and luxurious events viz. Chelsea Flower Show, Royal Ascot, Wimbledon, Royal Henley Regatta, Cartier Queen’s Cup and many more. These events promise the royal appearances and crème de la crème crowd.
P.S. Photography is not allowed inside the palaces/castles. So can’t share the grandeur of the British Royals. You got to visit to experience it.
